A Free Consulting Service to ensure the best IP Protection

IPTA provides a free consulting service to IP creators and users.

Through this service, IPTA offers a 20 minute consultation with a specialist Patent or Trade Mark Attorney with the appropriate legal and technical expertise, at no cost.

This is usually sufficient for users to gain an initial overview of how the IP system can best be used to support their business objectives including a range of options, time lines and indicative costs.
