IPTA PRESENTATION

A REVIEW OF RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN NEW ZEALAND

IPTA is pleased to advise that Mr Clive Elliott, a New Zealand barrister and registered patent attorney, has offered to give a presentation to IPTA on Monday, 18 August, in Sydney.  Before going to the Bar, Clive was a partner and headed the litigation team at Baldwin Shelston Waters/Baldwins.

Clive will discuss recent developments relating to law reform, case law and other areas of practical interest to practitioners.
